Due to new legislation, the Environmental Protection Agency now requires all Councils to display the results of analysis on all sewerage treatment plants and facilities in a public forum. Pollution Incident Response Management Plan

Council has developed a Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP) that will guide Councils response in the event of any pollution incidents that may occur at the Cobar Sewage Plant. The PIRMP for the Cobar Sewage Treatment Plant may be viewed below.
